Become a Professional Coach
This Certified Transformation Coach Consultant training, created by the founders of the consulting and training firm Connection Leadership, is called “The Mountain” in honor of our fascination and admiration of this natural environment. We have often, in the most arduous and complex moments of business transformations, taken mountains as inspiration, to recall the potential that we identify at a given moment, and also the specific state of mind required to achieve the most ambitious goals. Using our extensive experience in supporting individual and organizational transformation, we wanted to share what we find to be the most relevant practices, in order to help those who will support companies as they co create the future, in a world that is today less certain and more complex.
We offer this training through an unique partnership with Centre International du Coach. Following your certification, you will join our large network of certified Coaches, involved in the development and recognition of our profession.
