The Training

The Certified Transformation Coach Consultant training, proposed by Connection Leadership, in partnership with the Centre International du Coach, allows you to acquire coaching skills and prepares you to support the sustainable progression of Transformation within companies. This professional training provides you with:

Tools to accompany your practice as a professional coach,
A methodology for supporting transformation,
Professional protocols and techniques necessary for the practice of coaching practice, and knowledge related to the fields of social science and neuroscience.

The training offers face-to-face learning, long term practical training, personal work (dissertation thesis, reports, theoretical and practical case studies) and individual personalized support through from our coaches who are experts in their fields.
